I am a Pre- Licensed Counselor with experience working in private practice, group practice and residential facilities. I am committed to helping all individuals who are ready to make a change.
I have advanced training in the area of addiction and specialize in working with clients facing challenges related, but not limited to: family conflict, relationship and interpersonal concerns, histories of trauma, mood instability, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and adjustment difficulties.
My therapeutic orientation is eclectic and I provide counseling from various theoretical orientations: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic, Client-Centered, Family Systems, and Solutions Focused.
I recognize that every client faces life challenges that are unique. I provide a warm, reflective environment where clients have the capacity for personal growth and to gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
I’m an outgoing individual who likes to make changes holistically which grants me the ability to help others do the same. I like to center myself around self-care, well-being, and mind-body connection. When I am out of the office I enjoy working out, gardening, eating pizza, and catching a movie.
