Mechele Landin-Hurt

Mechele has over 9 years of experience working with individuals with mental illness in various settings. Mechele has worked with inpatient, outpatient and residential settings. She has experience in psycho-educational groups as well. Mechele has worked with co-occurring disorders, substance dependency, and severe mental illness clients. She is a culturally competent clinician and expands her expertise through supervision and educational platforms.
Mechele likes to bake, do arts and crafts, and play video games in her spare time. She is an advocate for mental health in her personal life and within her sorority of Sigma Lamba Gamma National Sorority, Inc. Mechele also volunteers with her sorority to help undergraduate chapters in assisting in keeping them open and to bring awareness of mental health by being in the Mental Health Task force of Sigma Lambda Gamma National Sorority, Inc.
