LLC is a consulting company that provides culturally responsive counseling, psychological, consultation, training, educational support and assessment services to children, youth, and adults at schools, social service agencies,and our 3 convenient offices in the Greater Chicago metropolitan area.

The H.E.L.P. Organization
H.E.L.P. LLC is an approved provider with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to offer parenting capacity assessments and psychological evaluations.
H.E.L.P. LLC is also Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) that is certified by Cook County and the State of Illinois Business Enterprise program (BEP). We consider subcontracts for counseling, psychological testing, program evaluations, and educational consultation.
PSYPACT ENDORSEMENT
H.E.L.P. LLC’s founder and Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), Dr. Karen McCurtis Witherspoon, is an independently licensed clinical psychologist in Illinois. She is authorized to provide telehealth and temporary in-person, face-to-face practice of psychology across jurisdictional boundaries through the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT).
Dr. Karen Witherspoon is authorized to practice in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia (DC), Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
