Organizational Psychology
H.E.L.P. LLC offers organizational psychology services to assess and encourage adequate mental health practices in the workplace. We use culturally responsive techniques to provide support and coping strategies for a multitude of areas of mental health including, but not limited to of anxiety, depression, grief, marriage and relationship counseling and more.
Continuing Education
H.E.L.P. LLC exists to advance the psychological well‑being, cultural responsiveness, and professional competence of mental health providers. We are approved by IDFPR as an Illinois-licensed continuing education sponsor for clinical psychologists, counselors, and social workers. We strengthen individuals through evidence‑based, culturally grounded, and developmentally appropriate services that promote resilience, healing, and lifelong learning.
