Participants register in advance, providing their full name, license type, license number (if applicable), email address, and organizational affiliation. This information creates a preliminary attendance roster.

Step 2: Check-In

For in-person workshops, participants sign an attendance sheet upon arrival. Staff verify attendance against the registration roster.

For virtual workshops, participants log in using their full name. Platform attendance logs are cross-checked. Platform attendance logs are cross-checked with registration information.

Step 3: Active Participation Monitoring

Instructors or designated staff monitor participant presence throughout the session. Virtual attendance records include join and leave times; in-person sessions include periodic attendance checks.

Participants who meet the workshop’s stated attendance and completion requirements receive a CE certificate documenting the credits earned. Each workshop description will identify any required assessments, evaluations, or additional completion steps.
