Mildred Holmes, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida brings over 25 years of clinical experience to her practice. Her expertise lies in working with individuals and families impacted by various forms of trauma, with a specialization in treating women and adolescents who have experienced domestic violence and sexual abuse. Her extensive experience in private practice, education/government settings, and as a Department Chair of Counseling at Joliet Junior College for over 7 years reassures clients of her ability to provide effective and compassionate care. She has also served as a lead Crisis and Intervention Manager, assisting many clients through high-stress and toxic situations, and as a Military and Family Life Counselor, helping active duty service members and their families.
Mildred Holmes, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida is not just a professional but also a wife and mother of two adult children and two beautiful grandchildren.
